By ordering from or using freshlya.com you agree to these terms. The site is run by Freshlya Fusion Café, Thana Road, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
1. Orders
- After you order you get a page with your order number (and an email if you gave one). We may call you to confirm the order.
- We may cancel an order if an item has run out, we can't deliver to the address, or the order looks fake — in that case you get a full refund.
- Orders placed while we are closed are pre-orders; we start cooking at the next opening time.
2. Prices and delivery charges
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The delivery charge for your area is shown at checkout.
- The price shown when you order is the price you pay, even if our prices change later.
- One coupon per order; coupons can't be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Delivery
- We deliver in Savar. Delivery times are estimates — traffic, weather or busy hours can cause delays.
- Please give a correct address and a reachable mobile number. If the rider can't reach you or the address is wrong, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.
4. Payment
- Pay by bKash, Nagad, card (SSLCommerz) or cash on delivery. Online payments happen on the payment provider's secure page — we never store card numbers, PINs or passwords.
- For cash on delivery, please pay the rider the full amount. To prevent fake orders, one phone number can't have more than a few cash-on-delivery orders open at once.

5. Food and allergies
Our kitchen handles nuts, milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soy and seafood. If you have an allergy, write it in the order notes or call us before ordering. We take care, but we can't guarantee any dish is free from allergens. Photos are for illustration; the dish you receive may look slightly different.
6. Accounts and reviews
- Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed through your account.
- Reviews must be honest and polite. We may remove abusive or fake reviews.
- Accounts or phone numbers used for abuse, fake orders or fraud may be blocked.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. All text, photos and logos on this site belong to Freshlya Fusion Café and may not be used without permission.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
